At Easterseals Oregon, that’s the world we’ve been working towards since 1947. A world where kids and adults with disabilities, Veterans and seniors don’t just belong, but are seen, treated, and feel like they do.

We serve children and adults with all types of disabilities and barriers to belonging: physical, intellectual, developmental, emotional, language, or age. We fight for them with programs, connections, support and love. And we fight the stigmas that hold them back.

“WAIT: DID YOU SAY VETERANS, SENIORS AND ADULTS… NOT JUST KIDS?”

We sure did. Easterseals Oregon has always supported kids with disabilities. But soon after opening our doors, we quickly realized there were a lot more Oregonians facing disabilities and barriers to belonging.

Everyone’s a happy camper

Imagine waiting to belong.

In 2025, we gave 45 campers our life-changing Summer Camp experience...

but others were left behind

We helped 1,446 adults with disabilities, Veterans, and seniors find work…

But over 500 are currently on the waiting list

We helped 932 Veterans and their families move into housing…

but we’re only meeting a third of the need

WE ARE A VITAL LIFELINE FOR THOUSANDS. BUT IN 2025, THAT LIFELINE WAS WEAKENED.

Practically overnight, the government funding we’d relied on for decades to support one of our beloved programs was suddenly eliminated. The truth is, government funding for all our programs is uncertain, delayed, or has never matched the need.

EASTERSEALS OREGON NEEDS YOU RIGHT NOW.

If you want an Oregon where everyone truly belongs – regardless of age, ability, language or circumstance – then become a monthly Easterseals partner right now.

Now you can be the lifeline - and help us:

Expand workforce training and employment programs for Veterans and seniors
Provide scholarships to give more kids and adults with disabilities the Summer Camp experience
Connect more homeless Veterans, seniors, and adults with disabilities to permanent housing
Help more multilingual or ESL adults with disabilities be better equipped to secure meaningful work
Boost our life-saving emergency assistance fund

100%
of your donation
stays in Oregon.
Your support will go where it’s most needed. And of every dollar donated, 89 cents directly helps a child or adult with disabilities, or a Veteran or senior in urgent need.

YOUR SUPPORT TELLS THE WORLD THAT BELONGING IS EVERYONE’S BUSINESS.

And that’s because disability and barriers can happen to anyone.

An accident, an illness, the toll of age. Your world can go from open to shut in a moment. And that's a world no one wants.

HELP BUILD AN EASTERSEALS WORLD. FOR EVERYONE. RIGHT NOW.
